Zwifting
I am now a proud owner of JetBlack Victory smart trainer and I really, really like it.
It took a while for it to arrive and of course it has a tariff fee of 10%. (So much for companies paying it, eh?).
But the wait was worth it!
I've been thinking about getting power meter pedals or a trainer, and decided towards the trainer since it gives me more flexibility to do structured workouts. So far, I've only done a couple of workouts, and they do feel more dull than riding on the roads. But, I can listen to my podcasts or watch a movie without fearing of death.
Secondly, I'm kinda enjoying Zwift. It's not cheap, and right now I'm on a trial, but the workouts, interface, and the way Zwift Cog&Click works has been pretty cool.
The only negative is the first world problem of having 1 bike. I need to get a cheap bike I can attach to the trainer and keep it permanently.
