I’ve been going to school to get my bachelors for way too long. I took the last 4 months off because I was burning out. Between work and family, school was just such a low priority. I spent the last 4 months debating whether I should even go back. There are many pros and cons to each side, but sunk cost fallacy is what I focused on the most.
I’ve come too far to quit now. Even if the “why” is a bit blurry, I still like the fact of actually finishing the program and graduating. As someone that only has an associates degree but still built a career in tech it seems unnecessary. And it might be! I am not sure at this moment.
40 credits is still a lot. WGU requires to take at least 12, so at that pace I have 3 semesters to go. If I accelerate, I can shorten this time-frame. Thus my goal is 40 credits in 2023, which also includes the final capstone project. It’s doable? right?? RIGHT?
