We had a great summer
As summer was approaching, I was concerned about our plans. In somewhat overthinking manner I am super aware that we only get a handful of summers with our kids and it hits me hard. I wanted it to be the type of the summer where we get time with our kids and they enjoy their summer with us.
This is a brief post to just share that our summer was awesome. We did a variety of things and had exclamation mark experiences. I can't wait to collect my thoughts and write about it.
The big thing: at the start of the year we had a goal of visiting 1 national park. We surpassed that and visited 3! Mt Rainier, North Cascades, and Rocky Mountain NPs are off the list. 60 more to go!
